You probably have met some soy nuts products in the convenient market you usually visit, and perhaps you have tasted for some. Do you know that they are nuts at all? They are beans! Soy beans come in many options like flavored, unsalted, salted, and many other options. When eating it, you need to consider about the salt content consists in the product. Some products also perform high calorie level. You should choose the product carefully since some products can rapidly increase the size of your belly if you are not watching the amount of your intake.



However, it does not mean that you should avoid all the products related to soy bean. Soy bean is also a great replacement for those who are vegetarian but still need to take high healthy protein intake. When you look for alternative, you are recommended to consume soy bean.
