What you will find is there are your charcoal grill fans and your gas grill fans. Those are the two sides people fall on. Do you swear by either gas cooking or charcoal cooking? You may not be die hard like some people are, but you surley have your preference. One thing is for sure is that there are diffrences in charcoal grilling vs. gas grilling. What is your desire? People swear by charcoal as they say it adds that smokey open fire taste to the food. With marinades, rubs and wood grilling planks people that are on the gas grill side say that cooking over charcoal is not needed anymore. Improvements have been made in gas and charcoal grills over the years. Charcoal grills now feature infused wood charcoal, and gas grill retailers have come out with ceramic flavors bars that act to catch what drips down from food and mingles with the surrounding smoke in order to enhance the overall flavor.
