Salmon with the Skin on Tips
Salmon is one of the most favorite fishes in the world. You either love or hate it. Some people agree that it is not a delicate white fish but a uniquely tasting and colorful fish. Salmon is different from the others. It has such unique taste and it should not smell so fishy. Have you ever wondered the tasteful salmon with the skin on?
Salmon is served as a fillet, as a steak of 1 to several inches thick. Each has the skin that crisps up and enjoyed as entrée like other crisps. It is such a delightful dish to enjoy in your dinner time with family.
So, what are the recipes? I would give such brief explanation about certain recipes. Here we go.
The first one is Sauteed Salmon fillets. It is very common recipe. You can do it quickly and easily. You just need to put enough oil in the sauté pan to cover the bottom. Set on medium high heat. When the oil is ready, add the salmon fillets skins side up. Cook no more than 3 minutes in both skin side. The temperature of your pan should be no more than 145 degrees of Fahrenheit.
If you love to bake, then baked salmon steaks will be suitable for your taste. You need to rub the steaks with a bit of cooking oil. Do not add too much because salmon has more oil than common fishes. Put it in a baking pan and put in a pre-heated oven. The heat should be 425 fahrenheit. Leave it about 10 minutes for each inch steak. So for instance, 3 inches steak would take about 30 minutes.
So, what you would choose? Baked or sautéed salmon fillets?

Do You Want to Start Your Own Chocolate Shop?
If you do, you must have decent plan before starting. Here are the brief tips to give you clearer look on how to proceed.
First of all, you need to define your target, location and name. First you need to target or specify to whom you should be offering chocolate. Targeting private events would be a great start. However, targeting individuals will also get your long-term potential customers. This way you can decide the location for your shop. Location, location, and location! That is very important. I would suggest spots like the center of the city, mall, food festivals, and other. Then you need to pick such attractive name that is catchy and easy to remember. Think about some names that when people see it, they will remember about your chocolate.
The second thing you need to consider is about your product. You need to decide how many products as the starter and what kind of them. You perhaps have wide variety of sweets to offer to the market. At this point, you need to keep the options by offering milk, white and dark chocolate. You perhaps want to extend your chocolate products by adding mixtures with different fillings from fruits or peanuts.
After deciding on your product line, it is time to observe your competitors. Compare the quality of chocolate provided by them and find their weakness points. You need to add uniqueness to your product to secure your market segment. Then you can go on package and distribute your products through the market.
Online or offline? You can either offer your chocolate online or offline or both of them. Internet users tend to use their internet before visiting chocolate shop to find best products. You can start your facebook page, twitter, or website to enhance the promotion of your product.
Now, you have products, brands, online and offline shops, then you need customers! Congratulations! Now you are ready to start your own business as a chocolate shop owner. Keep in mind that you must do your best for your customers. Good luck!

There is a lot of speculation to when and where fruit carving all began but the first widely accounted appearance was at the Loi Krathong Festivity ("Hanging Lantern Festival") within the Kingdom of Thailand 700 many years back. This traditional festival is during the complete moon on the month of December to be grateful for the soul of h2o by floating little decorated rafts with lanterns down the river. Charcoal or Gas: What's Your Preference?
What you will find is there are your charcoal grill fans and your gas grill fans. Those are the two sides people fall on. Do you swear by either gas cooking or charcoal cooking? You may not be die hard like some people are, but you surley have your preference. One thing is for sure is that there are diffrences in charcoal grilling vs. gas grilling. What is your desire? Gas Grill or Charcoal Barbeque grill?
Flavor
People swear by charcoal as they say it adds that smokey open fire taste to the food. With marinades, rubs and wood grilling planks people that are on the gas grill side say that cooking over charcoal is not needed anymore. Improvements have been made in gas and charcoal grills over the years. Charcoal grills now feature infused wood charcoal, and gas grill retailers have come out with ceramic flavors bars that act to catch what drips down from food and mingles with the surrounding smoke in order to enhance the overall flavor.
