Salmon with the Skin on Tips

Salmon is one of the most favorite fishes in the world. You either love or hate it. Some people agree that it is not a delicate white fish but a uniquely tasting and colorful fish. Salmon is different from the others. It has such unique taste and it should not smell so fishy. Have you ever wondered the tasteful salmon with the skin on?

Salmon is served as a fillet, as a steak of 1 to several inches thick. Each has the skin that crisps up and enjoyed as entrée like other crisps. It is such a delightful dish to enjoy in your dinner time with family.
So, what are the recipes? I would give such brief explanation about certain recipes. Here we go.
The first one is Sauteed Salmon fillets. It is very common recipe. You can do it quickly and easily. You just need to put enough oil in the sauté pan to cover the bottom. Set on medium high heat. When the oil is ready, add the salmon fillets skins side up. Cook no more than 3 minutes in both skin side. The temperature of your pan should be no more than 145 degrees of Fahrenheit.

If you love to bake, then baked salmon steaks will be suitable for your taste. You need to rub the steaks with a bit of cooking oil. Do not add too much because salmon has more oil than common fishes. Put it in a baking pan and put in a pre-heated oven. The heat should be 425 fahrenheit. Leave it about 10 minutes for each inch steak. So for instance, 3 inches steak would take about 30 minutes.

So, what you would choose? Baked or sautéed salmon fillets?
